These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TextToSite SMS website building service ("Service") operated by TextToSite ("we," "us," or "our"). By texting our service number and replying YES, you agree to these Terms.
TextToSite — SMS Website Builder
TextToSite is an SMS-based service that builds professional websites for small businesses. You provide your business information via text message, and we generate, host, and maintain a website for you. You can update your website at any time by texting us.
By opting in to TextToSite, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages related to your website and account. This includes:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service. During onboarding, you may receive 15-20 messages. After your site is live, messages are sent only when you initiate changes or for important account updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
You opt in to receive messages by texting our service number and replying YES or START when prompted.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out will pause your service — your website will remain live but you will not be able to make updates via SMS until you re-subscribe.

TextToSite offers three pricing tiers:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your website is hosted on our infrastructure for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your website will be taken offline within 30 days. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information and content you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates our acceptable use policy. We do not support websites for regulated industries including firearms, cannabis, gambling, adult content, or pharmaceutical services.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (business information, images, logos). We retain ownership of the website templates, generated copy, and underlying technology. You are granted a license to use the generated website for as long as your subscription is active.
TextToSite is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, search engine rankings, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS.
